Randy has done an amazing job selling my house at a very good price. I had the house listed with another agent but nothing happened and when listing expired Randy came to rescue. He was highly recommended. Just a a few days after he listed I started seeing action and offers. In less than three weeks I was in contract and closed four weeks later. Randy does a lot more work than just posting on MLS like some other agents do. He has connections and other venues to market the property. He also helped with closing, and got involved when an issue came up and the deal was about to break but he's done he was able to talk to the buyer and convince him to proceed.
